What is the difference between stage 3 colon cancer and stage 4 colon cancer?

Stage 3 colon cancer:

Stage 3 colon cancer is the condition in which disease spread beyond the lining of the colon and have an effect on lymph nodes. The lymph nodes have certain cancer cells but have not shown any effect on the different organs.

In stage 3, colon cancer over the symptoms develops. In certain cases, the intestinal passage has a major impact, and it gets narrowed as the surrounding tissue starts to contract and the tumour take more space in the interior space. 3A:

In 3A, the tumour grows through the muscle layers of the colon, and some traces are there in lymph nodes. No effect will be on distant organs

3B:

In 3B, the tumour grows in the outermost layer of the core zone and occupies a place and visceral peritoneum and the found in 1 to 3 lymph nodes.

3C:

In 3C, the tumour grows beyond the muscular layers and almost in four or more lymph nodes occupies a place. But still, there is no trace in distant sides.

Stage 4 colon cancer:

In stage 4 colon cancer, the cancer cells occupy a place in other tissues and organs. One can consider that these cancer cells metastasize. In certain cases, these cancer cells occupies a place in the liver and reaches to lungs as well.

In some cases, it's been noticed that during a stage for colon cancer, weight loss has taken place, and there is blood in the stool. Rectal bleeding has also been seen, and a person feels like they cannot engage in any particular pass anymore because of irresistible weakness.

Stage 4 colon cancer is further having two categories, including 4A and 4B:

4A:

In 4A, cancer spreads to one distant site, including the liver or lungs.

4B:

In 4B, cancer cells occupy a place in more distant sites, including the liver and lungs. The effect can be on all the lymph nodes along with the distant sites.

Difference between stage 3 and stage 4 colon cancer:
